Daily Schedule - Recommended Eating Habits

Most people don't eat often enough to help speed up their metabolism, don't eat the right kinds of foods and don't drink enough water. I'm listing a schedule I follow that works really well. If you are diabetic then only drink 1/2 of the shake at a time. If you are gluten free do not eat the SlimCakes and Isagenix Greens. All other foods listed are gluten free.

Choose 1 of the following snacks: IsaDelight; Isagenix Snack; 1 apple; 1 Slim Cakes; (not gluten free) 1 hard-boiled egg; Celery stalk; 4 cashews or walnuts; 6 almonds

8-16 oz cold water when you wake up. (Eat breakfast within an hour of arising)
7:00 a.m. - 1 IsaLean Shake and 1 Natural Accelerator
9:00 a.m. - 8-16 oz cold water and 1 snack
10:30a.m. - 8-16 oz cold water
12:30p.m. - 400-600 calorie meal (preferably lean protein/veggie combination
2:00 p.m. - 8-16 oz cold water, 1 Natural Accelerator, 1 snack
3:30 p.m. - 8-16 oz cold water, 1 snack
5:00 p.m. - 1 IsaLean Shake
6:00 p.m. - 8-16 oz cold water
8:00 p.m. - 8-16 oz cold water

Avoid coffee, soda, starches, fatty processed foods
Exercise 30 minutes daily
You can add Want More Energy, Isagenix Greens, (not gluten free) IsaFruits, and IsaCalcium to your water.
During the shake days you don't need a multi vitamin as the IsaLean Shakes contain all the vitamins, minerals and amino acids you need for your daily intake.
