Adrenal Stress Test

Ask your doctor if you have the following symptoms. It could be Adrenal Gland Imbalance.
Severe fatigue, lightheadedness when standing, nausea, depression/irritability, craving salty foods, loss of appetite, muscle spasms, dark, tan-colored skin.

Answer the following questions using the number 0 to 5, 0 being not a concern and 5 being a loarge concern:
1. ____ Feel better after dinner
2. ____ Sleep or rest do not cure fatigue
3. ____ Overwhelmed feelings
4. ____ Cravings for sugar
5. ____ Cravings for salt
6. ____ Lack of energy for normal activities
7. ____ Lack of happiness with life
8. ____ Light-headed or fainting when standing up quickly
9. ____ Decreased interest in sex
10. ____ Allergies
11. ____ Digestive problems
12. ____ Depression
13. ____ PMS
14. ____ Worsening symptoms when meals are skipped
15. ____ Brain fog, confusion
16. ____ Poor memory
17. ____ Really wake up mid-morning
18. ____ Feelings of pressure and stress
19. ____ Afternoon lull
20. ____ Can stay up late at night
21. ____ Exhaustion
22. ____ Unable to complete normal activity
23. ____ Frequent illness
24. ____ Extensive time to recover from illness or injury

Total ____________

A score of 20 - 35 may imply mild adrenal stress
A score of 35 - 65 may imply moderate adrenal stress
A score of 65 and over may imply considerable adrenal fatigue stress

Adrenal Glands produces stress harmones that have a great impact on overall health and can directly affect blood pressure, mineral content and help regulate the conversion of carbohydrates into energy. Contact your doctor if you have any of the above symptoms. Addison's Disease, Schmidt's Syndrome, Cushing's Disease can be linked to Adrenal Gland Imbalance.
