MEDICAL CONDITIONS



Our family has experienced several health issues over the years, and I have posted some information regarding the diseases I am familiar with.  I do not have a college degree and am not a doctor, nurse, scientist or dietitian but have had first-hand experience with many diseases and illnesses.  It is important to meet with your doctor.  They are trained professionals. I encourage you to listen to your doctor with an open mind.  If you don't feel right about what they tell you, get a 2nd opinion.  Take your life in your own hands and do everything you can to eat a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water.

     Allergies

If you are not feeling well, you could have food sensitivities.  Our daughter's test showed she was sensitive to green beans, spinach, millet, milk, garlic, sage and oats.  Several of our grandchildren are sensitive to milk, eggs and nuts.
