Everyone begs our daughter Nicole to make her famous 'Chocolate Chip Cookes'!
(Gluten Free-Use 3 Cups of your favorite GF Flour Mixture)
I am sharing her recipe...
Mix together:
1 C Granulated Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar or (1 Cup Granulated sugar and 1 TBSP Molasses)
2/3 Cup Shortening
1/3 Cup Butter (melted in microwave for 30 seconds
Add:
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
Mix together, then add 3 Cups Flour and 1 to 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes on cookie sheets. As you take them out of the oven they should be slightly browned. Drop the cookie sheet on a hard surface to flatten out the cookie.
