Seizures-Herbs and Foods that can Trigger Seizures

If you are subject to having seizures the following herbs can trigger seizures:
Basil, Dill, Fennel, Hyssop, Nutmeg, Rosemary, Sage, Tansy Idaho, Tarragon, Wintergreen.

Also, the following should also not be taken by anyone who has seizures:
Remove all sugar from the diet, all artificial colors, all artificial flavors and all ammonia based compounds such as quaterniums, polyquaterniums and all foods with the “Phenylketonurics: contains
Phenylalanine” warning as it does not mix with some of the medications used.  Consult your doctor for more information regarding the warning.

Food supplements that can be used are:
Blue Agave, Stevia, Mineral Essence, True Source, Multivitamins, Multi Greens, Supert B, Longevity Softgels, Power Meal, Sulfurgyme, Mega Blue Softgels, Balance Complete and Ageless Actives contains 1000 IU of Vitamin D3.

For more information in purchasing any of the supplements email brenda.bailey.1@hotmail.com
and I will help you find where these supplements are available in your area.  Some of them can be ordered off the internet.

My daughter has been suffering with Epilepsy Seizures for over 15 years and is having a seizure free life right now because we finally found this information.  By eliminating the herbs that trigger seizures, supplementing her diet with good nutritional supplements, I feel that the medicine the doctor prescribed is able to work properly.
